Lisa L. Lochner, President
As president of Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital, Lisa Lochner leads a 35-bed designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties in Missouri.
The hospital has enhanced and expanded the health care services available to the greater Sullivan community. Between 2003 and 2012, Missouri Baptist Sullivan was completely rebuilt with a state-of-the-art emergency department, modern childbirth center, critical care unit, multiroom surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center. A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for a variety of visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area.
Lochner joined Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital in 1994 and held various leadership roles, including vice president of operations, before she became president in 2021. During that time she oversaw the construction projects on the campus and in 2008 started the Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital foundation. Lochner developed partnerships between the hospital and three schools in the area, and also brought in new hospital service lines to benefit the community.
Lochner holds a master’s degree in business administration from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in consumer and family studies from Missouri State University.
Carmen J. Bartolotta, MSN, RN, Vice President of Patient Care Services, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Nursing Officer
Carmen Bartolotta, MSN, RN, is the vice president of patient care services, chief operating officer, and chief nursing officer for Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. She began her career with BJC HealthCare at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital in 1996 as a nurse in various units. She managed the inpatient nursing unit prior to taking her current position as chief nursing officer. Bartolotta is focused on ensuring nursing excellence and exceptional patient care.
Prior to joining BJC, she worked at Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri.
Bartolotta holds a master’s degree in nursing specializing is executive leadership from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Maryville University.
Amy Wildhaber, MSN, RN, Director of Operations, Compliance, Support Services, Safety, Risk and Quality
Amy Wildhaber, MSN, RN, is the director of operations, compliance, support services, safety, risk and quality at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. In her role, she ensures the successful implementation of systems and processes which directly improve overall organization performance and compliance. Amy also oversees all patient safety, clinical quality improvement, infection prevention, accreditation, regulatory compliance initiatives and medical peer review meetings.
Amy has held several positions at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital since joining in 2001, including staff nurse, service excellence coordinator, emergency room manager and manager of quality and compliance. Amy has a master’s degree in nursing with a focus on executive leadership and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Kathleen M. Reed, Director of Human Resources at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital (MBSH) and Parkland Health Center
Kathleen Reed is director of human resources at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital (MBSH) and Parkland Health Center. Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital has more than 400 employees and often ranks among the highest in employee engagement scores within BJC HealthCare. Reed is responsible for all aspects of human resources, information systems, and community health and is the liaison for the Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital auxiliary.
Prior to joining BJC and Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital in 2007, Reed held several positions in human resources within the health care and transportation industries.
Reed has a professional in human resources certification and received her bachelor’s degree in organizational development from Maryville University.
