Congratulations to our 2024 Winners of the Year

Congratulations to the 2024 Winners of the Year at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. We will take a moment to celebrate these outstanding individuals and their contributions.

2024 Team of the YearAmbassador Dinner Event Committee

The Ambassador's dinner event successfully achieved its fundraising goal once again! We had a fantastic turnout, with strong participation from the MBSH team. Each year, the Ambassadors manage to raise over $68,000, which supports various departments within MBSH.

2024 Provider of the Year—Ravi Saripalli, MD

Dr. Saripalli prioritizes comfort during all patient visits. He takes the time to warmly welcome patients and ask about their well-being. His attentive approach to a patient's health concerns demonstrates his compassion and dedication. Dr. Saripalli advocates for follow-up appointments to ensure that a patient's concerns are fully resolved or to discuss subsequent steps. He is an exceptional doctor who continually goes the extra mile.

2024 Employee of the Year—Stacey Tyree, Administration

Stacey, executive assistant, consistently surpasses expectations in her routine duties as well as in numerous additional initiatives. For the Ambassador's fundraising dinner event, she committed herself to guaranteeing its success and enhancing the funds raised for reinvestment into MBSH. Stacey embodies Our BJC Values through her substantial and meaningful contributions.

2024 Leader of the Year—Aaron Turner, Emergency Medical Services

Aaron, EMS manager, consistently embodies our BJC values in every aspect of his work. He serves as an exemplary leader who demonstrates these values on a daily basis. Recently, Aaron collaborated with a colleague to cover a shift for another district that had experienced a loss within their team. He assisted in managing their calls and provided support to their employees as they navigated their grief.

Irene received acknowledgment for her remarkable contributions, having dedicated 25 years to the MBSH Auxiliary, served as a hospice volunteer for 20 years, and participated as a hospital board member for 25 years.
