Rikki Hale was selected as the Employee of the Month for January.  She has been an employee at MBSH since 2022.  Rikki currently works as a LPN in the Cuba Clinic. 

Nomination comments on behalf of Rikki state that “she is always smiling, no matter what kind of day she is having.  She has exceptional patient care and has a lot of compassion for people.  She is patient and kind not only to patients, but also to her fellow coworkers.  Rikki goes out of her way every day and is always a phone call away if ever needed.”

We congratulate Rikki for being selected as MBSH’s employee of the month.  For the recognition, she received a certificate, pin, 100 BJC Shines points and a reserved parking spot for one month.
