Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital Annual Health Fair to be Held Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Sullivan High School

Join Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital for its annual Know Your Numbers Health Fair on November 9, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Sullivan High School Commons, 1073 East Vine Street, Sullivan, MO.

Free Health Screenings & Services offered:

  • Flu Shots (18 and older, while supplies last)
  • Blood Pressure
  • Cholesterol
  • Lipid Profile
  • Glucose (blood sugar)
  • BMI
  • PSA (prostate)
  • THS (thyroid)
  • Foot Screenings
  • Additional Blood Work available for a $20 fee.  Includes CBC, CMP and Glycohemoglobin Test
