Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital welcomes Josie Eoff, NP

Josie Eoff, FNP, is a board-certified gastroenterology nurse practitioner who sees patients 18 years and older. She is part of a team of specialists who treat various conditions, including difficulty swallowing, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), eosinophilic esophagitis, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis, liver disease and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease. She assists with colorectal cancer screenings and pill-camera endoscopies.

Josie is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized patient care. She prioritizes active listening to ensure patients feel understood and valued. In addition, she places great importance on promoting overall health and preventive health care strategies.

Josie is from Rolla, Missouri and enjoys gardening, crafting, antiquing and spending time with her family.

Josie earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri.
